Ripoff Companies like these should not be in business

My husband and I gave a deposit of $1500.00 down payment for a Mobile Home.

Rich Felty our sales representative lie to us stating that it would take 6 to 8 wks to get our home.
The lot we have pick for our homes to our surprise belonged to someone else. To my surprise they have moved and the owner of Factory Direct Homes Doug Birdsell stated that I do not exist in the computer and that to his acknowledge he doesn't know who we are. They refused to give me my money back.

I just can not believed that there are companies that will rip you off for what you have been saving for years. The only thing that I want is my money back.

Companies like these should not be in business. People don't trust Factory Direct Homes they are just ripping you off.
