Bad Manufacturing and NO WARRANTY due to BK home is 1 month old and the roof is blowing off

I came to Texas in October to look at manufactured homes, visited a nice place who sold Patriot homes and stated how well built they were, well we bought one an EVO 24, we closed escrow on 12/31 because the dealer wanted to. We moved in on 1/6/09, since then we found out now we have no warranty because Patriot homes of texas filed BK when I called to confirm they put me thru to a recording, that stated they are not going to keep the warranty in place, also that you had to dispute this on the 5th alredy this is the 6th, a little late, they could have at least mailed us something.

I called the dealer that sold it and he is in the same boat, but still doesnt do us anygood, we have wind here and our ROOF is coming apart to the point where the shingles are coming off, dealer notified and stated was put on in winter so did not adhere, never heard of such a thing, last I knew manufactured homes were made in a factory out of the eliments. The dealer stated he would try to get us an extended warranty but still the roof should not be our responsibility, after all the home is only 1 mo old..
