On Aug. 18th of 05 I ordered 3 vaccums from an infomercial they said 4 to 6 weeks delivery Never received them Kept calling 800-711-8357 alot of times the phone was busy and other times I was put on hold for as long as 38 minutes and then got disconnected. I finally got in touch with Maria, she said someone would call me back NO one ever did. I spoke to Alexis and she told me I would get a full refund I had to ask her for a confirmation number because she didn't offer me one Haven't received my refund either Now when I try to call them the number is constantly busy Does anyone out there have the correct address? Consumer Affairs might help if I can get an address Thank You and Good Luck!
