Ripoff

I had ordered two vaccums from this company. I was never asked to have this shipment delivered via Fed Ex. I was charged an editional 74.00. I wanted to return all the vaccums, which I recieved 4 all together. I have called the number and could not get in touch using (800) 711-8357. Then I called another number (800) 709-2216. I have been calling for the past two weeks. I do not want this product and want my money returned, I don't know who to call or what to do. Please help!
