We have tried to contact Mr. Mathis numerous times in the last 1.5 years. He will not return our calls and will not stand by the work he did. He will hang up on us if he answers. The work he did is substandard, gaps in the moldings, paint is not completed, areas not painted, fireplace not secured in wall, trim work not finished, and several other things he did not complete or correct. He was paid and has not tried to finish this work. He claims we are being "unreasonable" by wanting him to finish the work he was paid to do.
