Lazer Storm
Ripoff, did not pay me back on overpayment for vac. Returned to them

Bought two sweepers from lazer storm and they sent 4 and charged me for 4 returned two of them as was told to and I still dont have the $217.00 that they owed me. This has been since Aug. Of 2005. I have received three email that they would refund me in 7 to 14 days but I still have not received any refund. There is no way to get in contact with them cause they leave you hanging for hrs on the telephone. I want something done about this so I hope this helps.
