Ripoff no blinds, no answers, scam artists

I ordered my blinds on 10/28 from Gary Gunsalus. He said it would be about 6-8 weeks for delivery. He also said if I paid in full, I wouldn't have to pay sales tax. I agreed and paid with my credit card.

I called at the beginning of Dec. To see how the order was coming. The lady that answered said that it should be done around the 1st of the year. At that point I felt confident that I was dealing with a great company. I had no idea that they had no intention of ever giving me my blinds.

I called again on Dec. 29th and found all the #'s for the company disconnected. At that point I was frantic. My home is brand new, so I have no window covering and it looks like it will be awhile until I do.

I have contacted my cc company, to see about getting my money back. We'll see how that goes.

Thank God for this web site. I would have no idea what other people are going through. I have gotten great info. From other people in my same situation and I will file and complaints I can.

This is a crime what these people have done and we need to stop them from starting any other companies. If we all band together we can take these people down.
