Windstorm, Lazer Storm NO REFUND after many many months Commerca

I was grossly overcharged for a product I never received. The total that I would like refunded is 373.80.

I ordered a buy 1 get 1 free vacuum from a LazerStorm infomercial July 18. I received 2 charges that over exceeded the amount I thought would be charged.

I contacted the customer service department and was told that I was originally charged for 4 vacuums and that I would receive a refund of the over charged amount within 15-20 days. That was on Aug 22 and I still have not received the refund. I was on hold for 1 hour the next time I tried to call the CS dept and then I was disconnected, having never spoken with anyone. I still don't have the product and I would now like a full refund. SINGER and IGIA are the 2 big names associated with this product and neither company wants to take any responsibility for this smaller company. I sent many emails to all companies associated with this product, requesting a full refund, but no one has responded to any of them.

I sent certified letters stating that I wanted a full refund, to LazerStorm and IGIA, and was contacted by LazerStorm (now known as WindStorm) by mail, telling me that I would receive my refund for the overcharge not the total like I had asked, within 15-20 days again, this was 3 weeks ago. Three weeks later STILL no refund and still no product. When I contacted SINGER, they told me that they wouldn't refund my money (even though their name showed up on my bank statement as the one debiting my check card), because they had leased their name to the LazerStorm people. Since, my contact on Sep 22nd to SINGER, they have pulled their contract with LazerStorm and LazerStorm can no longer use the SINGER name in association with the product. Hence the name change to WindStorm. So where does that leave me? Out of 373.80 dollars?

I have tried numerous times to get some one to respond to my pleas. It seems that no one wants to help me and I seem to be forced to take legal action. This company has been ripping people off left and right. I found a website, (I had wished I had read these reviews prior to my purchase) with nothing but bad reviews about this company. Many people stating overcharges, no customer service contact, no refunds, no product. I am not alone. I also put in a complaint with the BBB and have not heard anything from them.
