I ordered a 2 for one deal for the singer lazerstorm vacuum from the infomercial and received a double order (4 vacuums). I have called custoner care and was put on hold for more than 1 hour with no answer. I would call and I would get the P.S. T office (CA.) and they would be closed. I would then call the same number early in the evening on the same day and get transfered the E.S.T. Office (NY), which would also be conviently be closed.
I wish to return this product because this does not fit our needs, also this is more of an electric broom rather than a vacuum cleaner. I am very dissatisfied with the way that they do business and there are many other people who have wasted money on this inferior product!
