I got a rent to own recliner and right off the bat I had problems. But I figured I would just talk to the store manager and get it resolved. Well I thought I did. NOT

I felt if I rented it at the end of the month the next payment would be due at the end of the next month NOT again.

It was due on the 1st oh no I was not hearing that. I got a phone call wondering if the deliver went smoothly YES was I happy witht he product YES - I told him I was not going to pay on the 1st since I just had rented it 2 weeks ago. Ok no problem.

Ok 15th of month next payment. Not good enough - Your customer service dept said I had 30 days to make a payment and 30 days it is. Ok that resolved cool.

NOT - they called my husband not signer on contract that they needed their payment on the 1st not the 15th and no we did not have to the end of the month OUCH wrong thing to do.

Long story short we had the payment waiting. They ended the contract showing up and not honoring their agreement.

I AGREE IF YOU CAN'T HONOR WHY WOULD YOU EXPECT TO HAVE ANYONE KEEP THE PRODUCT. They get people that have to deal with it cause they don't have any furniture or they can't buy new furniture any other way.

Does Aaron really want to have his name on a company that has dealing this way. I would say not.

If we all write to him maybe we can get alot of these independent stores to meet up to their responsbility.
