Not Worth The Wait Especially With The Poor Or Non-existent Customer Service ripoff bad customer service, horrible customer care RIPOFF

I am writing this letter in regards to the poor service and customer care at bedroom expressions in Missoula, Montana. I am a new resident here in Montana, my husband and I just moved here from Germany after serving in OIF II and myself 5 years in service. We moved here because this is where the army sent my husband. So when we moved here, newlyweds, we didn't have anything to put in our new home.

Well we found furniture row and decided this was the place we wanted to spend our hard-earned money. The prices were steep but borderline lower than any other furniture store in the greater Montana area! We purchased a living room set from sofa mart right next door. Not the greatest customer service either but not as extreme as Bedroom expressions!

We purchased on July 15. And what do you know it is 18 of October and we are still sleeping on air mattresses! They quoted us 2-6 weeks for delivery. So during the time around the 4th week I started calling the store asking when my set was going to be in. After the 6th week I still got no answers only sorry not in yet, maybe another week.

So after the 8th week I wanted answers. So I called and finally Ryan told me that the distributor is filling orders and it happens that this bedroom set is discontinued! 8 weeks later with no phone call from the store or the manager. Good thing I called or I would have never known. What kind of customer care is that? Then Ryan told me I could come into the store and see if I like anything else. I said well everything else is out of my price range, then he told me his manager would authorize a discount.

So my husband and me travel the 2 hours it takes us to get to Missoula and look around to see if we liked something else. We found another bedroom set and they gave us a reasonable exchange. But honestly not enough for the way they were treating their customers. I still paid out of my pocket for another bedroom set. So then after all these they still quote me 2-6 weeks and that was on September 17.

We are still painfully sleeping on air mattresses from Wal-Mart. Not a great thing for our backs since we both just got back from Iraq in May after wearing 70lbs. Of gear for year! I guess they don't need recommendations or care about the customer. Personally I don't think they care at all. And I am posting this letter because I don't want another hard-working American waste their hard-earned money on a company like this!
