Rude, disrespectful and dont do what they promised

We purchased living room and bedroom furniture on 10/13/08. Jason's suggested that the furniture would arrive in approximately 4 weeks. The furniture finally was delivered on 11/25/08. When it was delivered, the hardware needed to set up the platform bed was missing. The delivery people called the warehouse manager and explained the situation. I was told the hardware would go out on the next truck in the area. The next day I followed up with a phone call to confirm that there was an issue and to find out when the hardware would come and the bed is set up. I was told it would be the following week as it was Thanksgiving weekend. I was not happy, but was agreeable. After that, I called and spoke to Niki (the customer service agent at Jason's) at least once a week for the next 4 weeks to see what the hold up was. I often did not get a return call from her when she said she will check to see if the hardware had come in to the warehouse. I did not understand why it was just not overnighted to resolve the issue. The first time I called, I also spoke to Doug and told him I would like some sort of credit for the inconvenience of having to wait for one week for the hardware. He told me lets just get you the hardware and get this resolved and then we can discuss a credit. I also left Doug (Jason's Manager) at least 3 voice mails and he never returned any.

I called again the week of 12/15/08 and was told Niki no longer worked there. I went to the store on 12/22/08 and spoke directly to Doug. He told me by tomorrow, 12/23 he would have the parts and would personally come to my home at my convenience and assemble the bed. On 12/23, I had not heard from Jason's and called again. The hardware had arrived and I remained home as Doug said he would come within the hour to assemble the bed. I got a phone call from Neil the warehouse manager who told me that there was no one available to come take care of the bed that day and Doug had to leave. The delivery people came the next day to assemble the bed. 12/24/08.!!!

For one month we slept on a mattress on the floor with a bedroom set that was not finished.!!!

In addition to this, there are some scratches on the nightstand of the bedroom set.

I called Doug in order to get a credit for the inconvenience and for having to sleep on the floor for one month. He offered me $60 store credit which I denied and then said there is no credit as the furniture has been delivered and there is no issue. I told him that I would like to return the bedroom set and he said there are no returns.

I am not satisfied with the time frame in which the issue had been resolved or the way it was handled. I waited one month for resolution and then was spoken to very rudely by Doug Brock the store manager who didn't seem to care at all.
