After reading recent entries we have decided to thoroughly investigate this company... We have contacted several employees who confirmed this report site is true.

There are several employees with reems of printed up data bases loaded with accounts that we are trying to trackdownfor our investigation. We were told this by current employees;

Most employees at the company openly joke about the poor service given to customers. Monitronics does rate their service people but rarely fires them as no decent companies will work for them. Scream loud enough about a service call (or threaten them with the bbb) and you will get a free year of service and all fees waived. They have to keep records of this so when they go public you will get access to all the files.

24,000 accounts were purchased in June of this year. How does a company that can't seem to buy even 5,000 accounts per month for a full year buy 24,000 accounts in under 30 days? The final month in their fiscal year no less??? What a coincidence.
