Kenneth Wayne Rochelle (Kenny) Carpenter, Handyman rips off wallets as well as wood! Ripoff

Kenny Rochelle (WM age 48) claims to be a carpenter/handyman. I hired him as one of the contractors to help me renovate an older home, based on the recommendation of another worker that I trusted. He began a kitchen/bath/laundry renovation for me. He did ok work at first & got to the point where he was about half finished, & that is when he started playing games with me. He would ask for money up front to finish one project or another and would then vanish for a week or so, come back & do an hour of work & ask for more money to order building materials. He took me for close to a thousand dollars based on materials & labor I had paid up front.

I have since learned of two other people that Kenny Rochelle has ripped off in similar fashion. (It's so easy to do, there are no criminal charges!!! -you can't get any money out of him in civil court—it's the perfect theft method!!!) Look out for predators like this. I have also learned that Kenny has a history of drug convictions & was driving with a revoked license.

Kenny is talented at playing Con-man strategies and will make you feel like he wants to help you. He is constantly sizing you and the job up, all the while looking for the opportunity to walk out when he gets his hand on enough money. (Ask the elderly widow he ripped off, or the elderly gentleman across the street from my house, and yes now you can ask poor old stupid me).
