Customer No Service Not caring about the customer Ripoff

This is second HHGregg appliance I bought and had delivered. I bought a gas range before 2pm Friday July 22. (they now advertise "buy by 2, delivered same day"). I was assured that I did not need to buy gas-line and/or install kit. That it was part of delivery.
Delivered about 11:30 am Sunday July 24. No gas-line on truck. They take away old electric range. Driver said he would be back about 9pm. No show, no calls.
I call store on Monday. Operations manager says all installers tied up, schedule already done. And, get this, my job is marked complete! We agree on Tuesday fix.
Morning of Tuesday I get a call. "We'll be there between 6pm and 9pm". Again, no show, no call.
Wednesday 7:15 am I get a call. We'll be there between 6pm and 9pm. I'm not happy. I contact "Customer No-Service", and get advised "you are scheduled for today, what is the problem" I go to store at 10 and speak to GM. "What do you want me to do, jump you in the schedule? Then others will be unhappy" "I'm sorry, but I guarrantee that they will be there between 6pm and 9pm or I will go myself"
They finally show up 9:45 pm Wed. FIVE MINUTES of work, and they are done.
Questions?
1) why wasn't the part on the truck Sunday?
2) why didn't they return Sunday night?
3) why wasn't I made #1 on the list Mon/Tues/Wed?
4) why the runaround?
Lets see..
4 days/nights that we couldn't cook
Waiting Sun, Tues, & Wed for arrivals (over 3hrs each)
Phone calls to store & Customer "no service" 3 hours
1/2 day lost wages on Wed
Just takeout and salary is over $250 lost.
So much for ANY cost savings.
