They call and say that Krane is out of business and that they are the manufacturer, funny! Heard a dog barking in the background! Then they cursed at the dog.
Similar happened to my young daughter. She answered once while I was away but the wife was home. They asked for me - my daughter said I wasn't home - their rep proceeded to yell and curse at my daughter and put her to tears. I tried many times to call them at the number that shows on callerID - no answer - ever!
Long and short - STAY CLEAR of them. Although, it seems to have only taken a month tops to morph from Krane to FBK.
