Ripoff

Mr. R.J. Saucier was hired to replace a drum in a Whirlpool washer. We were told that the $35 fee he charged for pickup would also cover delivery once the machine was repaired. Once it was repaired he informed us that there would be an additional charge for returning it and hooking it back up. We had to pick it up and install it. I called to inform him that he had left a pair of channel locks behind and he was welcome to pick them up at his convinience. He asked me if I could bring them to him. I replied, of course, for a charge of $35. He told me to keep them and stick them up my *&^%.
