Hired Scott to remodel kitchen, add sun room, replace all windows with thermopane, remodel porch to sun room, move washer / dryer and install lines. Spent over $20,000.00

Ceramic tiles cracking and loose, sliding glass doors with a gap.

Estimates over $10,000 to fix

Vent pipe to dryer too long and improperly installed.
Drain to washer not suspended, had sway resulting in backup.

Paid $300.00 to fix.

Furnace improperly installed resulting in carbon monoxide poisoning. Paid $500.00 to fix.

A/c unit marginal in size.

After attempting several repairs he refused to return phone calls.

Was told he had contractors licsense and insurance. Unable to find either.
