Ipoff, I didn't receive what I ordered, unable to contact them, what I got doesn't work

Ordered a hot water pressure washer from Pro Jet on Dec 15. The one I ordered was a HSP model that was dual propane and the one they shipped that I recieved about four weeks later was an Econo model that was gas/propane. Totally wrong model and gas instead of propane. They said I could keep it and they'd refund the difference or they would build the one I had orginally ordered. I wanted/needed what I first ordered so I told them to send what I ordered. Come to find out what I orginally ordered they couldn't build so they said they'd upgrade my order to a larger model to include dual propane, electric start, higher PSI, variable themostat and a bracket to hold propane tank and I'd pay another four hundred dollars.

Bascially, I'd get my "new" pressure washer at "dealer cost". Fourteen to sixteen months later and after I made numerous phone calls (but not pestering them to find out the status of my pressure washer) I get supposedly the correct one and there's no electric start, the hot water heater doesn't work and it's diffucult to start. I called them again to find out about the heater not working and the tech isn't even sure how to trouble shoot it. He didn't know what was on my unit and when I tried to decribe it, was having me test different wires which didn't work.in the end he told me I needed to buy a larger propane tank as the one I was using he said "didn't have enough pressure" to run both the engine and the heater. So I bought a larger tank and it still doesn't work. I tried calling them again today but their phones aren't answering and their web site is down.
