Ripoff Loopholes For Everything. Claims Denied. No-Pay!

I purchased a home in February 05, and was given the HMS Home Warranty. I have a $100 deductible. I made a claim in April on my dishwasher. A company from a town 30 miles away made the service call. They were great. HMS denied the claim for $7.64. The rollers on the basket were worn and broken. They denied, even thought the service company let them know, that w/o the rollers the basket would fall and the unit is useless and not safe to use. They refused the calim. I paid my $100 deductible. I made an additional claim in May for my plumbing. They had nobody in the area to call out. They never returned my call. I returned call to them, and they said they had nobody to service in my area for plumbing. They gave me an "Owners Code." This code lets me pick my own service company and use third party billing, or cover the entire cost myself and then possibly get my money back from HMS. I have called every plumber in my city, and none of them will take 3rd party billing for HMS. They are slow pay, and local plumbers will not deal with HMS. That leaves me with having to pay for the whole thing by myself. There is no way I will put myself in that positon. That is why I purchased the warranty. Now HMS says that they have done all they can do, they gave me the "owners code". I still have plumbing problems. They have nobody in my area to call for service, I paid for a warranty, and they cannot perform their end of the deal on getting someone to service my claim. I lose again. I was told from many of the plumbiers, that I probably go ahead and just get it done myself, that HMS will have a loophole to get out of paying. They dont cover stoppages, they dont cover any pipes under the slab, the dont cover mechicial parts, they dont cover anything outside the area of your slab. Hmmmm, what does that leave. I am not sure what else they dont cover, but there is not a whole bunch left to cover is there?
