Our Home Warranty Insurance was up for renewal in July so I shopped around Choice Home Warranty promised all this coverage and I asked specific questions of what was cover and gave specific scenerios of what if this happpened... Our first claim for our Hot Water Heater was denied, they didn't even pay for the service call. Not only was our claim denied but they did not have any service technicians in the area (Northern Louisiana). I had to contact a company to come check out the problem, but had to have prior authorization. Waited four days until a I could actually have a repairman come. Just a waste of money, time and they will say anything to sell you coverage.
