Ripoff said item was shiped April 14th Never Recieved No Response to Email

The website looked nice, with good products and prices. Would not do buisness with again.

I orderd Saturday 02 April.

They said they shipped the order 14 April.
I was not billed according to my statement tell the 18th

I have still not recieved the order, and have not heard back from emails. After seeing many other reports, I am worried that I am out the $63.00. If "Greg" from Northwest is out there please respond to this. I see many others having the same problem as me and it seems as the only way to get a possible response after waiting a month.
