Ripoff -will not really do any selling for you - dont waste your money Internet

I am keen to sell a timesharing unit. I have been searching the web to get selling agents. I found vacationregister.com. The initial fee was USD$700 - a one time fee. I found it too expensive. They called back and lower it to USD$400.

I was concerned about the ability to sell through the web, they claimed that no deal will take more than 6 months.

Several things to watchout:
1. Once they got your money, they never followup, not like your regular real estate agents
2. I chase after them, they just keep asking me to lower the price
3. Price was lower significantly, still no reply
4. They again, never serve you as a customer

Basically, once they got your money, they disappear. It is pretty stupid on my side too - they got your money already, what is the incentive to sell for you?!

All in all
1. No customer service
2. Ripe off to pay them the fee
3. They did up an ad for you, but it is not really an ad, just a plain text with 2 lines of text of descriptions

I have been with them more than 6 months now, not even one single enquiry, the price has been 50% down since I started (initially, it was selling @ market price).

Beware, dont go with them!!!
