Completely ignores orders and customers ripoff

Northwest Glass Art seemed like a legit, straight-forward, company. Great products, great prices, etc. But I was lured into a 2 month guessing game of where my order was.

I placed an order on March 12 that totalled $50. After numerous emails/letters to the company, I have received no response and there has been no progress with my order. Almost two months later and I haven't heard anything.

I wouldn't be so upset if I knew it was going to take a while, but I can't afford to sit around guessing where my order is. There should at least be a disclaimer on the website that informs potential customers that their orders will take months.

I understand that fine art like this takes time to manufacture, but this is getting ridiculous.
