A Valspar Corporation ripoff furniture protector company the worst customer service don't trust or buy their contract

I bought there contract from bob's furniture in nov. 2004 and had some spills in march my contract is for 5 years the first call you put into them their great but if they don't get the job done right and you have to call back they pretty much find every reason not to help you and they have since cancelled my contract that i have had for 5 months i am in the process of trying to find out where i go from here, you are unable to speak to a supervisor or manager and no one will call you back!
Don't buy there warrranty from any company stay away from guardsman you will not be protected!!! Bob's furniture has lost a great customer because of them!!
