Sofa Discoloration Claim Denied Under Five Year Plan

Bought furniture from Bob's Furniture in mass
was told guardsman was great by salesman
2 years into a five year protection plan
had a discoloration on one of the sofas
filled out claim form at guardsman they said not covered
they didn't even come out to look at furniture
I insisted they at least look at furniture they refused
furniture store sent one of there techs to my home
he only came out to cover the stores ass
he took one look a discoloration of sofa and said
he couldn't fix it all he wanted was for me to sign paper saying
he was there I told him to get lost what a pack of snakes
