Vinyl tech installed a temo sunroom that leaks like a pasta strainer and is not a home improvement

We paid for the installation of a Temo sunroom by a company named Vinyl tech inc. The home improvement turned out to cause a great deal of water and electrical damge to our kitchen and the sunroom is more like an indoor ice skating rink. The construction was very poor and was not built in accordance with the ny state building codes. The job was suppose to take 1-7 days but they were at our home at least 19 times over a period of three months and never fully completed the job. The roof over the sunroom and the roof over our kitchen (that they had to change to attach the sunroom) is a joke.

The company has been a nightmare to deal with. The site manager/contractor Steve Straley was clueless about the problems even after we pointed them out numerous times. The general manager Daraby Kiefer was completely unprofessional in every conversation we had and had a habit of hanging up on us. We contacted Temo Sunrooms because this is their product. Andre furtah who is in charge of customer service finally called us back after an email and numerous calls and listened to the entire story with great compassion but never followed up with any response and took no responsibility. This sunroom was very expensive but we were glad to pay for it because it was suppose to be done without any effort on our part. Unfortunately we have had to contact three roofers, two electricians, two contractors, an enginneer and hire a company to professionally tarp our exposed roof to prevent further damage to an already damaged kitchen and we still have not fixed the problem.
