Ripoff mushy sunken mattress Cincinnati, Ohio

On 4/2/04 I received my Serta Queen amulet pillow top mattress/box springs. The first 6 months it was wonderful. Since about November I have been plaqued with respiratory problems, back problems and I am unable to get out of bed in the morning. Why? My mattress sags sooooo badly I can measure 6" slump! It is like sleeping in a hammock. My husband and I used to get in and out of bed without disturbing one another.

Eventually we needed the other person to push off of so we could climb out of the mattress. No amount of turning will help. We gave up sleeping in the recliner and on the davenport. We moved into our guest room several weeks ago. Within 2 nights of not sleeping on the Serta my cough subsided. Last week my 7 y/o grandson visited. I let him sleep in the Serta. He thought it was fun pretending to be big bird in a nest. This mattress is suppose to respond to body heat and it must do just that! The next morning I was coughing again. Now I carry a rescue inhaler.

My family came in and placed the Serta in a zippered vinyl sack. This product is kinda like not feeding a Gremlin after midnight. Don't give your Serta any body heat or the breakdown may kill you. JUST SAY 'NO' to Serta. Sure wish their sales rep would return my calls... Frankie where are you?
