I bought a mattress from HSN that they claimed was built when I ordered it. The mattress shifted within 6 months and when I complained they sent a technician THAT STOLE MY WATCH to look at it, his report said all i needed was a new frame and serta would charge me 75 for delivery of their fulty product and not replace the mattress.
