Rude and pathetic tech

BFS has a horrible tech—who does the job butis just so rude— he doesn't talk to customers and ignores them and then just leaves without tellign them what the problem is. Its REALLY frustrating. Ive had this jerk twice now. Ive requested that he not come. Its not that he's unfriendly, he wont even talk to you as a customer. A year ago he came to fix a sink—he walked in, fixed in then said "you're all set' and tried leaving... I said excuse me what was wrong? Then he barely explained it and tried leaving... NOT OK—tihs is in orlando fl

This happened again, then i complained about him. Now he comes AGAIN to fix an ac... He walks in. Asks me what's wrong. Then leaves. Then disappears for ten mins. Most techs will come inside, explain to you what's going on. Not this jacka*... After 15 mins, he walks in and says "you're all set"... I said again what was wrong??? He is SO RUDE... Is it so hard to just talk to a customer and say... Heres the problem etc... This person is a total piece of sh*t. Hes a heavyset creep... Brown hair looks italian. Horrid attitude... Only positive is he gets the job done but has the worst customer service and is a low life. I def don't want his sorry ass coming over again loser
