Phone rep disconnected call after I asked for manager

I had an issue with a handy professional and called customer service on 8/8. I kept asking for a manager and the representative did not want to put one on the phone. He went to talk to a manager, then still said the manager was busy. I said I wanted to talk to a manager, and he complained that my phone was breaking up.

I then said in a low voice "you idiot." He asked if I had just called him an idiot, I said yes, and he said he was disconnecting the call. I find it hard to understand how he heard that whisper but claimed my phone was breaking up. Handy's customer service can be the worst.
