Horrid service by lunatic male rep

I had an issue with a handy professional and called their horrid customer service number. This was on 8/8. There were only a bunch of deranged rude males with NO customer service abilities on the phones. I kept asking for a manager and the rude guy on the phone did not want to get a manager on the phone. Imo he was sick or something. He went to talk to a manager then still said the manager was busy. I said I wanted to talk to a manager—then he complained saying "WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR PHONE??? Its breaking up its like youre juggling it." again huh? I said excuse me... I want to talk to a manager—after that I low voice mumbled "you idiot." its insane how this mentally ill nutjob was talking about he couldn't hear me and my phone was breaking up yet this piece of sh*t easily heard me saying "you idiot' as I whispered it... So so crazy.

Then this mentally ill nutjob angrily said DID YOU JUST CALL ME AN IDIOT??? I said yes I did. And you heard THAT but you claim my phone is breaking up? Then this psychopath goes "WELL IN THAT CASE WELL THEN YOURE GOING TO" IM DISCONNECTING THIS CALL!!! How do they hire these mentally sick freaks to even work for them??? Handy's customer service can be the worst... But worse insane males who should be beaten upside the head work for them
