My house came with home warranty under Broward
Factory Service (BFS).

After making 5 calls to them during the last 11 mo. For various problems that the contract said WAS covered, all I got was 5 excuses why they could not fix the problems.
This week I phoned BFS to tell them my condensation pump for my ac was making a lot of noise. I ask them on the phone if the pump was covered under home warranty and I was assured it was covered. The serviceman came the next day and checked the pump and said they would order a new pump for me. The next day BFS Rep. James phoned me, I returned his call and he said the pump was not part of the ac and was not covered. Then James told me they could sell me a new one for $175 plus tax, (plus $45 service charge) that's when I just hung-up the phone.

I am now very tired of listening to their crappy excuses and no service.

I found my Identical condensation pump at pumps-in-stock.com for $57.
