Need damage fixed that was done by Sears repair man

On August 7th a technician repaired my oven/microwave combo. He left a large scratch on the microwave oven stainless steel door. When I told him he flat out denied it. I called Sears to report this incident. I was told someone would contact me. When I did not hear anything I called back on August 19th. I was told there was no record of my complaint but they would send a manager on September 9th between 8am and noon.into it. After I heard nothing I called again August 19th. Waited on September 9th. Received a call at 8am that I was the first customer on the list. Called at 2pm when nobody had shown up. Was told the technician who scratched my microwave is the only one in the area. I told them that he vehemently denied scratching the micro wave when I confronted him on 8/7th. Also there is nothing he can do. The door cannot be fixed it needs to be replaced. Was told at 2pm that a manager would call me. It is now 3:40 and still no call back. I have a lot of things to do and cannot just wait around all day. So I am writing you with hope that someone will take care of this.
