Llc. Appliance disaster, poor customer service, warranty a fraud! Rip-off!

I received my all in one washer/dryer on May 5th. About 2 months later the dryer part of it breaks down. Haier sent me a whole new machine. About 2 months later, the dryer breaks down on the 2nd machine. Still no service center in my area, so the company sends me a whole new machine.

End of December, the dryer breaks down on the 3rd machine and by this time all I want is an exchange for a seperate washer and dryer or a full refund. When I called to tell them about this, I was informed that I now had a service center near me. I allowed them to service it.

Which brings me to April 1st. I go to use my machine and low and behold the dryer is broken, yet again! I called Haier. It is now July and I have been calling them since April. I leave voice messages and I never get a return call. I filed a BBB complaint, haven't heard from them either.

My full 1 year warranty, of course has since the end of April has ran out. I even contacted the service center near me and they couldn't service it until they had heard from Haier, which they hadn't, and Haier hadn't even payed them for the first time they serviced it in January!

This last week, I e-mailed the BBB to find out what was going on, haven't heard back from them yet. So, in the meantime, I still have no working dryer and don't know if I should go buy another one since I don't know what is going on!!! Regardless, it should get fixed or I should get my money back.
