I bought a microwave (Kenmore) in 9-12 and it was installed in 10-12 from Augusta mall. It worked for about 2wks well, then it would work off and on. We have call out for repairs for 3 different times. This is awful a new microwave that never really worked. The management team that handles repair complaint are not passionate at all. How can I resolve this.
