Poor Customer Service

I had a service man come out to my house tonight to order a new door for my dishwash because the door is not latching. He dismantaled it to see what parts needed to be ordered and long story short, my dishwasher that was working before he came is not working now. I've been on the phone now for about 45 minutes trying to get help, but can't. I'm suposed to go a week and a half without a dishwaser which would be fine if it had broken on it's own, but it didn't. I'm now in a worse situation than I was before I called Sears for help. Not to mention the unhelpful telephone operators, Amanda (251119) was very rude.
