I had a home service call scheduled for this morning between 7-11 A.M. To repair my GE washer. I got an automated call at 10 A.M. (after I'd already missed two hours of work) telling me that wouldn't be there in the time frame. I called the customer service hotline. After asking a dozen times and speaking to three different people, they told me the new estimated time of arrival was 12:45. I asked the guy if he thought this was acceptable and he said it was. He was very condescending. I told him to quit reading from his script and figure out a way to help me. They were eagerly patting themselves on the back for sending the automated call.

The guy was very rude, which caused me to lose my temper with him. I asked for and received a full refund on the service agreement I'd purchased to have the machine serviced. Fortunately I got my money back and I'll never do business with them again.
