NTB false brake fix. - brakes

My dad has been taking all of our vehicles to NTB for years now. Recently I went up there to try and fix what they had messed up. A day before they put on new brakes and everything felt fine. Except the price, (1100). Just for the front brakes. The day I got the car back the brakes felt very loose. I had to press hard to even get a reaction to the brakes. My dad suggested I take it back and tell them to fix it and it i wasn't going to be charged. As I was driving my brake line broke. I put my car in neutral and then pulled the emergency brake. I was pissed. My boyfriend said they most likely put too much pressure and that's what caused the line to bust. Upon my arrival they said they would check it out and see if it was the mechanics fault or just a faulty line. (Of course they came to the conclusion it was the line) they charged me 191 to re-do the job. My brakes still feel loose and I'm scared my line will bust again. My dad still insists on going to NTB but this place is such a rip off and never take blame for their faulty work. DO NOT go to the one on Bay Area in Houston TX. Your car will go to shit if you do.
