Don't go through Datavision - ifrogz mobile phone case

I ordered a phone case on line through the Best Buy web site. It was sent through a second company called Datavision. I received the wrong case. I called Datavision who stated that it was not their fault. Best Buy had the wrong phone case shown on their web side and that I would only be reimbursed for the case, not the $6.99 shipping charge and would have to pay to have it shipped back. They were very cold, unhelpful and uncaring.in speaking with Best Buy, they stated that it was not their produce and that they could do nothing about the shipping charges. They did however offer a $30 gift card for my troubles (We shall see if I get it.). Lesson learned. Never go through a second vendor when ordering on line. I will never EVER use Datavision. I sure I would be treated just the same on the next screw up.
