Sears Broken Combo Washing Machine And Range - Frigidare Washer dryer stack and Kenmore Range

I am so upset probably this is not a good time to write... Ongoing shameful handling from Sears. So many visits to repair my range and Combo washer dryer, unsuccessfully, and the amount of times the appointments to repair the mentioned equipment were cancelled at 5: PM, after waiting since 7:30am, it is utterly disgusting and arrogant. Not only do they not fix my equipment they do not show up in addition. I am furious!!! I shall never never buy a single Item from this store, I have begged Sears to finally fix everything, the time lapse, no show appointments and sequence of events is too long to list.
