SAMSUNG S3 MINI lacks features like RIPPLE LOCK SCREEN AND HECTIC VIBRATION ON CAPACITIVE KEYS - samsung galaxy s3 mini

I had the s3 mini for almost a week now. And i couldnt be more happy with it. This is my first samsung phone. But as i got deeper in looking on some settings and features. I noticed that its missing the ripple lock screen like on the original s3.. Not only that, i wanted the capacitive buttons to vibrate when touched. So i looked again for the settings and guess what. I cant find any. I switched from nokia to samsung hoping i can get a better experience on smart phones. So please take time to review this complaint and tell me why those settings are missing.
