Samsung Poor Aftersales Service - Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini

I recently purchased a Samsung S4 Mini and the charger was not working, they effectively sent out a faulty product. Yet I have had to pay the postage to return it to them and subsequently chase the 3/4 times before a replacement was sent some 4 weeks after the initial purchase.
