We scheduled to have our washer for maintenance due to water leaking and were told that a technician will be coming within 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. A technician called around 10:00 am stating that he was on his way. We waited til 12:00 noon and no technician showed up. Luckily we have a caller ID and called the tech's number and he said he does not work on our area. Frustrated, i called Sears and was told that we have to reschedule. I was upset and the customer service said he will send another tech and have to wait until 5:00 pm. What a disappointing service
