Terrible Product terrible customer service

Bought a bed in 2010.2011 the rails break suddenly with normal use. I replace the rails and buy a 3-year warranty for them in case they break again. They do, one year later, exactly the same way. Normal use, suddenly. Now the product is discontinued and the warranty is useless and I have a bed I can't use.

Total scam. They sell shoddy, cheap, structurally flawed products and then discontinue said products so once they start breaking they won't enforce warranties. Customer service was awful. They were intent on getting off the line as soon as possible. One of them hung up on me.

Do not buy from them.
