Darvin Furniture cheap furniture wood split by the rails that hook in. Orland park

I' ve purchased a cherry wood bedroom set. The side of the bed where the rails hooks in completely split. I call spoke to joann 10am 5/27/09 to complain, and she states that it's not covered under the warranty. I just
purchased this bedroom set 3/15/09. I see why there's trouble with the company. I'm so dissapointed with them but i won't stop here.
