Re They feel free to not show up for your appointment

The manager of the Regis Hairstyles in Lubbock, TX runs a very poor business model! I had an appointment today at 3:00. I personally spoke with Ernie and scheduled the appointment. When I got to Regis, they other stylist are looking at me. When I told them I had an appointment with Ernie, they simply said, "She isn't here." WHAT?! If this had been the first time this happened, I wouldn't be so upset. This is the THIRD time THIS year! If she doesn't want to show up for the appointment, I will take my business somewhere else. Very poor business and a very crummy thing to do to a client.
