All contractors and subcontractors beware of dealing with Sedgwick. They will not pay their bills no matter what. You will be spoon fed lie after lie and promise after promise. Anybody with an ethical bone in their body that worked for them has been " let go." You will be forced to lien their properties as well as take further legal action to collect. That is only if you didn't get strung out so far as to lose your lien rights. Do not work for these unethical people! Do not buy their properties, they will treat you the same way.
