Horrific customer swrvice - hot water heater install and oven repairs

Purchased a hot water heater in an emergency. Was guaranteed install the next day. Confirmed the next day at 9 am and was told to wait and call back after 10. I called back and they confirmed again. Arrival time past. Called again and was told to call the contractor myself. The contractor had no order from sears and told me that sears want paying them and refused to so business with them. Called sears back and they finally admitted no one coming. Only now its too late to get another same day service. They showed up 2 day later at 9pm on a Saturday night.
Now been lied to several times by sears regarding a range repair. They have now missed two appointments and they do not care. This company needs to go of of business. They are incompetent liars who don't deserve anyone's business. They always disconnect you when you try to get an escalation. Don't do any business with sears or kmart
