Lies and indifference

We bought a Sony 55" HX729 on Black Friday. We were told the TV would be in on Monday. When we went on Monday to pick it up they told us Tuesday or Thursday. It never came then either, and now we've been told they have no idea when they will come in as none are showing in their warehouse. When we asked how they could tell us it would be in by a certain date, and then turn around and tell us they have no idea when it will be in their response is that we could just have a refund if we weren't happy. We feel lied to and as if they are indifferent that we have paid for a TV that we don't have!
