Theft by taking

I must say I have never dealt with such lack of professionalism as the hhgregg store at Wolfchase mall in Memphis, TN. These people will look you straight in the eye and lie, and know they are lying to you. HHGregg is a fly by night company that will not be in business in five years.

I bought a refrigerator on Thursday around 10:00 am. I paid $300.00 cash, and put the rest on my card. They said it could be delivered on Friday. I called the store to let them know the best time that would fit my schedule to be delivered. Rep said she had nothing to do with scheduling, some one would call. They called at 9:00 pm on Thursday and wanted to deliver it between the hours of 5:00 and 8: oo pm on a Friday night. Explained to them no one would be available. She said i would be taken off the list. I never heard from them until Monday when I called. Rep again, said I was supposed to call them back to reschdule. (Again never was told that) Rep said she didn't know when I would be put back on list. Made up my mind i didn't need to do business with these people.
I went into the store to get my money back and refund on my card. Was told they would only give me a $100.00 dollars cash, and i would get the balance of $200.00 in 10 to 15 days. I paid them $300.00 in cash and I wanted $300.00 cash back. I even checked my card company, and they have not credited my card back. I guess what i am saying if you choose to do business with HHGregg, it is buyer beware. You are going to get the shaft.
